| Cytat: | At the very beginning when we started our development of the TT01 series optional parts, we realized that there would be so much difficulties for us to get through. The limitation and shortcomings of the original plastic kit was the main obstacle to create our own graphite kit. The bulkheads and the original kit are joined together, it needs accurate calculation and sophisticated technology to separate the parts. Because of our greatest effort, we finally overcame all the difficulties by passing through different evaluation, analyses and tests. The production process of making the TT01 conversion kit is full of difficulties and we would now like to share our making process with you.
The making process:
1) We use the computer software and high quality instrument to measure the data of the original kit to create computer modelling. We will evaluate and analyse the data. Due to the limitation of the original plastic kit, it is absolutely an obstacle for us to overcome. We will consider the practicability and how to make the graphite kit out.
2) After getting through a series of evaluation and design amendment, just like re-designing the location of the parts on our graphite kit. We will start making the prototype.
3) Once the sample prototype is finished, we will consider whether it is the sample we want according to its appearance and stiffness.
4) As there are the plastic parts like the bulkhead connecting with the original kit, we have to make a mold to reproduce our own plastic sample for a series of on road testing. It is definitely the key to allow the plastic parts to fit our chassis.
5) If the prototype is acceptable, we will do serveral on road testing again to see whether the kit can reach our expectation.
6) When the above steps are finished, it will finally come to the production period. Our manufacturing team will start the mass production according to the final graphic draft. |
